減肥?

好久沒上來寫自己的blog了,說真的是偷懶了,哈哈!就是懶我肥了!
為了真的可以瘦下來,今天去做gym了,跑步機跑了一個小時,然後去游泳兩小時,最後打了三小時的球,現在超累的!
不過還是很有滿足感的,加油吧Duncan xD
